Are the rolls vegan?
We have many vegan varieties in our range. You can find an overview here – look out for the vegan label.
Are the Rolls gluten-free?
We use flours that contain gluten, as a gluten-free recipe is not possible for technical production reasons.
Are the Rolls halal and/or kosher?
The Rolls are both halal and kosher. Our vegan Rolls do not contain any ingredients of animal origin or alcohol. The non-vegan Rolls contain no animal ingredients except for dairy products and also no alcohol.
How can I find out about allergens in your Rolls?
Speak to our friendly staff in your store and they will give you the allergy lists.
How often does your range change?
We are creative and love surprises, so we always offer seasonal specials. But we stay true to your favourites.
Are there any specialities?
Special occasions call for special rolls, so we offer great specials for Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day and Halloween, for example.
Are the Rolls homemade?
The Rolls are freshly baked every day because they are especially fluffy when fresh from the oven.
Are there any cold drinks in your range?
We have iced lattes in our current range, but we will continue to expand our range of drinks.
Where do you get your coffee from?
The magic beans come from TIM & SEBASTIAN’S, who have created their own CINNAMOOD roast.
Do you also offer savoury rolls?
We only offer sweet rolls so far.
How many calories do your rolls have?
We don’t count calories, but we always advise people to enjoy consciously.
How much does a roll cost?
The prices of our rolls go from 4.20 to 5.50 EUR per piece.
I want to give CINNAMOOD as a gift - do you sell vouchers?
You can buy our vouchers physically in every store and soon also in our online shop as a voucher that you can print out yourself.
Do you have seating?
CINNAMOOD is essentially a take-away concept. You can sit down in Luxembourg, Wuppertal, Saarbrücken and in Bochum.
When is Cinnamood finally coming to my city?
Soon! Currently, our stores are already spreading love in 18 cities. Stores are planned in Amsterdam, Bremen, Dresden, Hanover, Nuremberg, Oberhausen, Wiesbaden and Zurich.
Do you also deliver your Rolls to my home?
Wolt already delivers the Rolls to your home. An expansion of the delivery offer at our locations is being planned.
Can I pre-order Rolls in the CINNAMOOD store?
You can pre-order Rolls via our online shop and pick them up at the store in a few days.
When is there no queue in front of your stores?
It’s hard for us to predict when you’ll want to buy our Rolls, but experience shows that during the day, the week is less busy.
Do you also open on Sundays?
Whether it’s a late breakfast or a coffee date – we also serve Rolls on Sundays. Detailed information on this can be found on our store page.
Can I apply for a job with you?
